What courses are required for participation in the program?*

In addition to the courses that you will be taking while in Washington, DC students interning in summer 2016 are required to attend a 1 credit DC preparation course on campus in the prior spring semester.

SUMMER 2016

Washington, DC Preparation Course (1 credit – taken in spring 2016)
Washington, DC Internship (3 credits)

SPRING 2017

Washington, DC Preparation Course (1 credit – taken in fall 2016)
Washington, DC Internship (4 credits)
Washington Policy Process Group and Individual Research (4 credits)
Elective (4 credits) Chosen from:

• International Organizations
• Political Media/Communications
• TBD
