Mindi Zissman

Mindi Zissman is the President of Zissman Media, a B2B content firm, focusing on the risk, insurance and compliance sector. Since founding Zissman Media in 2004, Mindi helps her clients articulate their industry expertise through thought leadership, establishing each as an authoritative voice in their field. Leveraging her background as a former reporter and trade publishing editor, Mindi ensures that every piece produced by her team maintains a strong journalistic lens.

In her spare time, Mindi is an avid runner and fitness enthusiast and teaches 11th grade Writing Workshop at a private high school in Chicago where she lives with her husband and five children. In addition to her work with the UW BOV, Mindi sits on a number of Chicago non-profit boards.
