Biography
Ellen Tuttle is a Ph.D. student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her current research interests focus on conflict, specifically violence against civilians and post-war peace.
Ellen received her B.A. (2021) in Government & Politics, as well as her M.A. (2022) in International Relations, from the University of Maryland, College Park. Prior to attending UW-Madison, she worked for the University of Pennsylvania’s Cultural Heritage Center.
