Jill Tricarico

Jill Tricarico lives in Bonita Springs, Florida after relocating this past year from Rye, New York. She has been working in Finance for the last 30 years in New York City, since graduating from The University of Wisconsin/ Madison. She started her career on Wall Street working at Prudential Securities in Institutional Equity Sales. After leaving Prudential, she went on to be a Managing Director at Kidder Peabody, JP Morgan and Susquehanna. Jill then went on to be the Managing Director of Equity Sales, Research and Trading/Head of Equities for Brean Capital, also located in New York City. She is currently a Managing Director at Compass Point Research and Trading where she works on financing Fintech companies, Real Estate Investment Trusts, Banks and other specialty financial firms. She has been an Alumni Mentor for the School of Letters and Science helping advise students on what employers are looking for in new hires and how to interview for a job.  She has also been a Team Leader for Declare, which is a foundation set up to mentor Women in Finance in New York City.  Jill received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1986. Her two sons have also graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her older son, Daniel was the Class of 2018 B.S/Business, Finance and class of 2019 Masters in Finance/ ASAP. Her younger son, William was in the class of 2021 B.S./School of Human Ecology.
