Steven Freedman

Steven Freedman is president of Freedman Jewelers Inc, a Boston family owned jewelry store, established in 1945.  Steven joined the family business in 1974.  Steven served as trustee for Temple Shalom in Newton, MA. Presently, Steven has been part of an action based group in downtown Boston, facilitating the improvement of Downtown Crossing, it’s safety & revitalization. Steven and his wife Ruth (Wisconsin alumni B.S. 1974) have hosted many Badger “send offs” for the new incoming Badger students.
