Biography

David Shin is a Ph.D. student in political science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His research broadly focuses on the strategic role of reputation and trust in international conflict and security cooperation, and on alliance politics in great power competition.

He holds BA and MA degrees in political science and international relations from Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea.
