Richard Sinaiko

Richard Sinaiko is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the UCLA School of Public Health. He teaches the Financial Management of Health Services course for the EMPH Program. Mr. Sinaiko received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin and his Master’s of Public Health in Health Services Administration from UCLA.
Mr. Sinaiko is the founder of Sinaiko Healthcare Consulting, and one of the leading healthcare management consultants in the industry. He has a unique perspective gained from 25 years in healthcare management, and has consulted with Fortune 500 companies, major academic medical centers, medical groups, community hospitals and national payers. His practice includes medical practice operations, financial and strategic management, physician hospital integration, managed care marketing and contracting, organizational strategic planning, academic medical center/faculty practice plan reorganization, network development, medical group formation and merger and consolidation.
