Bio
Nicolas is a Ph.D. student in political science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Broadly, his
research revolves around questions on the source of law, statehood, and liberal democracy. More
precisely, he studies natural law in liberal democracies, and its relationship to the state. When not in the
classroom or library, Nicolas may be found hiking, writing, or playing soccer.
Prior to studying at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Nicolas obtained his B.A. (2023) and his M.A.
(2024) in political science from Wayne State University.
