David Mitnick

David is an Intellectual Property attorney and the founder of DomainSkate.com – a brand protection software as a service platform that helps some of the world’s leading companies protect their valuable brand assets online. David began his career in finance at the Sanwa Bank, NY Branch in the International Finance and Project Finance groups. He also practiced law at the firm of Amster Rothstein & Ebenstein for over a decade representing clients like JVC, Panasonic, Matsushita, Stuart Weitzman, and Macy’s. David developed a speciality in the areas of brand and domain name protection and started DomainSkate.com in order to provide an automated solution for companies to help find brand problems online. David is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in International Relations. He is married to Dr. Rebecca Mai, a child psychologist, who graduated from Brown University.
