Lisa M. Gingerich

Lisa Gingerich, a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin (‘91), is a shareholder in the of von Briesen & Roper, s.c. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is an advisor for health industry clients on transactions, strategic opportunities and implementation and corporate compliance. She has successfully negotiated and completed numerous acquisitions, reorganizations, mergers, divestitures and joint ventures. She is a frequent speaker providing education on physician practice management, compensation and leasing arrangements, development of strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions and physician practice models. Prior to joining von Briesen, Lisa worked at Legal Action of Wisconsin representing low income clients in Southeastern Wisconsin. She has served on the Board of Directors for Sojourner Truth House (now, Sojourner Family Peace Center), Agape Community Center, Whitnall Schools Foundation, Susan G. Komen for the Cure Southeastern Wisconsin and the School Sisters of Notre Dame Central Pacific Retirement. Lisa is recognized in Best Lawyers in America® in Health Care Law.
