Ken Blohm

Ken Blohm is a 1977 graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison (Political Science and Economics) and a 1981 graduate of Harvard Law School.  He is an international finance expert.  Ken chaired the finance department at Morrison & Foerster in the 1990s, and was an international project finance partner at Latham & Watkins from 1999-2012.  After retiring from Latham, he co-founded Alta Capital Group, a private investment firm, and Blohm Law, a boutique law practice.  Blohm Law acts as a finance consultant for a number of Fortune 500 companies and a major multilateral institution, and handles finances for a number of Bay Area technology companies.  Ken serves on the Northern California Leadership Council for Harvard Law School.
