My name is Tony Jing, and I am a senior from Indianapolis, Indiana. I am majoring in Political Science, International Studies, and History with certificates in National Security, East Asian Studies, and Russian, East European, and Central Asian Studies. On campus, I am the Founder & President of the Contemporary International Relations Association, an organization dedicated to promoting research, discussion, and dialogue on global affairs. I am also the Senior Advisor for the Chinese Language & Culture Club, the Outreach Ambassador for the Wisconsin International Studies Major Association, and a Student Vice-President for the Phi Kappa Phi. I am an alumnus of the Wisconsin in Washington Program, where I worked and networked with various foreign policy think tanks. I have done undergraduate research with Junda Li, and am currently writing my senior thesis on China-Russia relations under Professor Kydd. After graduation, I plan to either enroll in a graduate program in international affairs or to work in the think tank. I can advise students on majoring in multiple degrees, finding internships, career planning, and requirements in Political Science overall. I look forward to meeting you all this year.
