Eliot Jubelirer

Eliot S. Jubelirer is a partner in the San Francisco office of Schiff Hardin LLP where his practice focuses on complex commercial, product liability, and legal malpractice litigation. He has tried numerous jury trials, court trials, and arbitrations to verdict. He is an adviser on a national level on toxic tort issues for clients involved in mass tort litigation and is a nationally recognized speaker on toxic torts, occupational lung injuries, and asbestos litigation. Before joining Schiff Hardin, he was a founding partner in the San Francisco litigation firm of Morgenstein & Jubelirer where he practiced for 25 years until the firm combined with Schiff in 2007. Eliot earned a bachelor’s degree in political science in 1971 from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a law degree in 1974 from the University of California–Berkeley.
