David Redlick

Credentials: B.A. Political Science, 1972; J.D. Harvard Law School, 1975

Mr. Redlick served as a special advisor at Leerink Partners LLC, a specialized investment bank focusing on the healthcare industry, from 2015 till 2018.  He retired as a partner of the WilmerHale law firm in 2015 after 40 years of practicing law.  Mr. Redlick specialized in corporate law, particularly public offerings and mergers and acquisitions, often representing companies and investors in the life sciences industry.  Mr. Redlick received a B.A. in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1972 and a J.D from Harvard Law School in 1975.
