Katie Conlon is a PhD student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, studying American Politics. Her interests include women & politics, theories of representation, Congress, elite messaging, and rhetorical analysis.
Prior to starting at UW, she received a BA in Political Science and Communications from Muhlenberg College and an MA in Political Science from Lehigh University.
