Bruce Weisenthal

Bruce P. Weisenthal is a partner, executive committee member, and public law and finance practice group leader for the national law firm, ArentFox Schiff LLP. He concentrates in public and corporate finance and in general corporate counseling. Mr. Weisenthal currently acts as bond counsel on numerous financials of the State of Illinois and its agencies, the City of Chicago and the City and County of San Francisco, as well as numerous other units of local government. Mr. Weisenthal acts as counsel to many not for profit institutions in connection with their financing needs, including The University of Chicago, the Museum of Science and Industry, and Knox College. Mr. Weisenthal also acts as general counsel to one of the world’s leaders in the manufacturing and distribution of juvenile products, bicycles and ready-to-assemble furniture. Mr. Weisenthal received his BA (Political Science and Economics) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1980, and was chosen to speak on behalf of the graduating class in the Spring 1980 Commencement Exercise. He received his JD from the University of Pennsylvania in 1983.
