Biography
Nolan Ragland is a PhD student at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, specializing in international relations. His interests surround the relationship of domestic and international politics, particularly within international institutions; international human rights; and the implications of events in East Asia for the liberal international order.
Before arriving at UW-Madison, he received a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Global Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
