Chris Price is the 2019-2020 Wisconsin International Relations Fellow, and a 2019-2020 USIP Peace Scholar. Chris studies the dynamics and legacies of civil war violence, and is particularly interested in how violence affects ethnic and other group identities.
The United States Institute of Peace, the Japan Foundation, and Yale University’s MacMillan Center for International and Area Studies have supported his research; He is a graduate of Tulane University (B.A.), the University of Chicago (M.A.), and submitted his dissertation this summer at Yale University (Ph.D.). Previously, Chris served with the U.S. Army in Iraq and Afghanistan.
