Evan Morier is a PhD candidate in comparative politics and research methods. His research focuses on democratic accountability and responsiveness. He also works on the political economy of development, especially with regards to public goods provision. His regional expertise is in Africa and he has conducted field research in Senegal and Ghana.
Evan received his BA in political science from Seattle University (2011). Before coming to the University of Wisconsin, he served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Madagascar.
