I am a doctoral student specializing in the fields of American Politics and Political Methodology. I research elections, representation, and election administration. My dissertation studies primary elections and the representation of local partisan preferences, and I have other projects on the effects of voter identification and the partisan impact of the gender gap in U.S. voting. Methodologically, I focus on the development and application of Bayesian models..

I am an affiliate of and graduate student assistant to the Elections Research Center.
